FALLS COUNTY FELONY DOCKET
On July 15, 2021, Judge Bryan F. Russ, Jr. convened court to hear felony matters presented by District Attorney Jody Gilliam. The following felony cases were disposed of:
3rd Degree Felony (2 to 10 years, up to $10,000 fine.)
Elvin Chad Morehead, 41, from Kosse, pled guilty to bail jumping. He was placed 5 years deferred probation Morehead was arrested on May 30, 2019, by Marlin Police Department.
Danny Ray Sadler, 39, from Marlin, pled guilty to assault causes bodily injury, family violence, enhanced with prior conviction. He was sentenced to 5 years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice System and assessed a $1,000.00 fine. Sadler was arrested on January 21, 2021, by Marlin Police department.
Olivia Tijerina Saucedo, 57, from Rosebud, pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, less than one gram. She was sentenced to 2 years confinement in a State Jail facility. Her sentence was suspended, and she was placed on 5 years probation. Saucedo was arrested on September 6, 2020, Lott Police Department.
State Jail Felony (6 to 24 months, up to $10,000 fine.)
Don Kenji Porch, 41, from Kosse, pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance methamphetamine, less than one gram. He was placed on 3 years deferred probation, assessed a $1,500.00 fine, ordered to complete 120 hours of community service, and attend and successfully complete a drug intervention program. Porch was arrested on March4, 2021, by Texas Department of Public Safety.

He was placed on 5 years deferred probation, assessed a $1,500.00 fine, ordered to complete 120 hours of community service, and attend and successfully complete a drug intervention program. Morehead was arrested on May 30, 2019, by Marlin Police Department.
Jimmy Larry Douglas, 58, from Marlin, pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance Cocaine, less than one gram. He was sentenced to 2 years confinement in a State Jail Facility. His sentence was suspended, and he was placed on 5 years probation, assessed a $1,500.00 fine, ordered to complete 120 hours of community service. Douglas was arrested on March 26, 2021, by Marlin Police Department.
