FALLS COUNTY FELONY DOCKET

On January 26, 2023 and November 30, 2022, Judge Bryan F. Russ, Jr. convened court to hear felony matters presented by District Attorney Jody Gilliam.  The following felony cases were disposed of:  

THIRD DEGREE FELONY

Lakendrick Quenta Washington, 38, from Marlin, pled guilty to stalking. He was placed on 10 years deferred probation, assessed a $2,000.00 fine. Ordered to complete 180 hours of community service. Ordered to stay away from the victim.  Washington  was arrested on April 21, 2022, by Marlin Police Department.  

Lakendrick Quenta Washington, 38, from Marlin, pled guilty to bail jumping. He was placed on 10 years deferred probation. Washington was arrested on January 12, 2023, by Falls County Sheriff’s Office. 

Clara Lou Trahern, 57, from Lott, pled guilty to bail jumping. She was placed on 5 years deferred probation. Trahern was arrested on January 12, 2023, by Falls County Sheriff’s Office. 

STATE JAIL 

FELONY

Willard Kevin Roddy, 54, from Marlin, who had been placed on probation for the offense of possession of methamphetamine less than one gram. He was revoked and sentenced to 16 months in a State Jail Facility. 

Clara Lou Trahern, 57, from Lott, pled guilty to possession of methamphetamine less than one gram. She was placed on 5 years deferred probation, assessed a $1,500.00 fine, $180.00 lab restitution. Ordered to complete to 120 hours of community service. Trahern was arrested on August 26, 2021, by Falls County Sheriff’s Office. 

Erra Eleanor Camero, 39, from Marlin, pled guilty to injury to a child recklessly causing bodily injury. She was placed on 5 years deferred probation, assessed a $1,500.00 fine, ordered to complete 120 hours of community service. Camero was arrested on January 24, 2023, by Falls County Sheriff’s Office.
