FALLS COUNTY FELONY DOCKET
On April 28, 2022, Judge Bryan F. Russ, Jr. convened court to hear felony matters presented by District Attorney Jody Gilliam. The following felony cases were disposed of:
2nd Degree Felony (2 to 20 years, up to $10,000.00 fine.)
Casey Owens, 41, from Bremond, pled guilty to improper relationship between educator and student. She was placed on 10 years deferred probation, assessed a $5,000.00 fine, ordered to complete community service hours. Owens was arrested on May 4, 2021, Robertson County Sheriff’s Office.
Jose Joel Zubiate, 22, from Marlin, who had been placed on probation for the offense of burglary of habitation was revoked and sentenced to 10 years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice System.
Christopher Shane White, 29, from Mart, pled guilty to assault of a pregnant person, enhanced to a 2nd degree. He was sentenced to 12 years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. He assessed a $1,500.00 fine. White was arrested on August 15, 2021, Falls County Sheriff’s Office.
Christopher Shane White, 29, from Mart, pled guilty to assault of a pregnant person, enhanced to a 2nd degree. He was sentenced to 12 years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. White was arrested on August 15, 2021, Falls County Sheriff’s Office.

3rd Degree Felony (2 to 10 years, up to $10,000.00 fine.)
Dalbert Lynn Ralston, 50, from Temple, pled guilty to driving while intoxicated 3rd or more. He was sentenced to 10 years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice System. His sentenced was suspended and he was placed on 8 years probation. He assessed a $2,500.00 fine. Ralston was arrested on July 11, 2019, by Rosebud Police Department.
Juan Robles Gomez, 39, from Marlin, pled guilty to possession of methamphetamine one gram or more but less than four grams. He was placed on 7 years deferred probation, assessed a $1,500.00 fine, ordered to complete community service hours. Gomez was arrested on August 29, 2021, by Marlin Police Department.
Austin Wayne Hullett, 24, from Temple, pled guilty to possession of methamphetamine, over one gram but less than four grams. He was sentenced to 5 years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice System. assessed a $1,0000.00 fine. Hullett was arrested on December 19, 2021, by Lott Police Department.
Gregory Allen Wolff, 36, from Temple, who had been placed on probation for the offense of unlawful possession of a firearm by felon was revoked and sentenced to 5 years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice System.
Justin Wade Willis, 37, from Waco, pled guilty to felon in possession of a firearm. He was sentenced to 5 years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice System, assessed a $1,000.00 Fine. Willis was arrested on May 27, 2021, by Falls County Sheriff’s Office.
Stanley Joe Bruce Lewis, 35, from Lott, pled guilty to assault family violence, impede breath/circulation. He was sentenced to 10 years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice System. Lewis was arrested on July 4, 2021, Falls County Sheriff’s Office.

State Jail Felony (6 to 24 months, up to $10,000.00 fine.)
Davon Jordan Collins, 24, from Cameron, pled guilty to possession of cocaine less than one gram. He was placed on 3 years deferred probation, assessed a $1,500.00 fine, ordered to complete community service hours. Collins was arrested on September 20, 2020, by Lott Police Department.
Jennifer Leann Davey, 36, from Waco, pled guilty to possession of methamphetamine, less than one gram. She was sentenced to 2 years confinement in a State Jail Facility. Her sentence was suspended and she was placed on 5 years probation, assessed a $1,500.00 fine, ordered to complete community service hours. Davey was arrested on July 03, 2021, by Falls County Sheriff’s Office.
Robert Ross Miller, 45, from Marlin, pled guilty to burglary of a building. He was sentenced to 20 months confinement in a State Jail Facility, assessed a $1,000.00 fine. Miller was arrested on June 16, 2020, by Marlin Police Department.
Timothy Wayne Fellers, 23, from Waller, pled guilty to possession of methamphetamine, less than one gram. He was placed on 3 years deferred probation, assessed a $1,500.00 fine, ordered to complete community service hours. Fellers was arrested on October 18, 2020, by Lott Police Department.
Gregory Allen Wolff, 36, from Temple, who had been placed on probation for the offense of possession of methamphetamine, less than one gram was revoked and sentenced to 1 year confinement in a State Jail Facility.
Justin Wade Willis, 37, from Waco, pled guilty to possession of methamphetamine, less than one gram. He was sentenced to 18 months confinement in a State Jail Facility. Willis was arrested on May 27, 2021, by Falls County Sheriff’s Office
Ashley Cannon, 42, from Eddy, who had been placed on probation for the offense of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle was revoked and sentenced to 20 months confinement in a State Jail Facility.
Arterio Robinson, 31, from Marlin, pled guilty to possession of methamphetamine, less than one gram. He was sentenced to 3 years deferred probation, assessed a $1,500.00, ordered to complete community service hours. Robinson was arrested on July 25, 2021, by Marlin Police Department.
Malcolm Jamal Houston, 24, from Lott, pled guilty to possession of tetrahydrocannabinol, less than one gram. He was placed on 2 years deferred probation, assessed a $1,500.00 fine, ordered to complete community service hours. Houston was arrested on June 6, 2021, by Lott Police Department.
