FALLS COUNTY MISDEMEANOR DOCKET
On November 10,2021, Judge Jay Elliott convened court to hear misdemeanor cases. The following cases were disposed of, others were reset.
Class A Misdemeanors
• Zacariah Lopez, 22, from Cameron, pled guilty assault causes bodily injury family violence. He was sentenced to 20 days confinement in the Falls County Jail with credit for 18 days’ time served. He was ordered to pay court costs. Lopez was arrested on November 22, 2020, by Falls County Sheriff’s Office.
• Donovan Keith Harris, 48, from Marlin, pled guilty to driving while intoxicated 2nd. He was sentenced to 200 days confinement in the Falls County Jail with credit for 14 days. He was ordered to pay court costs. Harris was arrested on September 10,2021, by Marlin Police Department.
• Tracy Leigh Ellison, 45, from Rosebud, pled guilty to driving while intoxicated 2nd. She was sentenced to 365 days confinement in the Falls County Jail. Her sentence was suspended, and she was placed on 24 months’ probation, assessed a $500.00 fine, and ordered to pay court costs. Ellison was arrested July 08, 2021, by Falls County Sheriff’s office.
• Trevor Burns, 19, from Chilton, pled guilty to possession of 3 grams but less than 28 grams. He was sentenced to 3 days confinement in the Falls County Jail with credit for 3 days, time served. He was ordered to pay court costs. Burns was arrested on April 7, 2021, by Falls County Sheriff’s Office.
• Araon Trenton Brandon, 30, from Waco, pled guilty to possession of marijuana less than two ounces. He was sentenced to 1 day confinement in the Falls County Sheriff’s Office, assessed a $1,000.00 fine, and ordered to pay court costs. Brandon was arrested on July 7, 2021, by Lott Police Department.
Class B Misdemeanors
• Franciso Hernandez, 25, from Pflugerville, pled guilty to possession of marijuana less than two ounces. He was sentenced to 3 days confinement in the Falls County Jail with credit for 3 days, assessed a $250.00. He was ordered to pay court costs. Hernandez was arrested on July 21, 2021, by Falls County Sheriff’s Office.
• Trevor Burns, 19, from Chilton, pled guilty to possession of marijuana less than two ounces. He was sentenced to 3 days confinement in the Falls County Jail with credit for 3 days, time served. He was ordered to pay court costs. Burns was arrested on April 7, 2021, by Falls County Sheriff’s Office.
