Abducted Chilton children returned home
A Chilton family is reunited this week after four children were abducted Friday morning.
Christina Marie Acheson has been charged with four counts of interference with child custody.
The estranged parent, who lives out of state, picked up the minors as they were arriving at Chilton Elementary School.
Authorities were made aware of the situation by 7:45 a.m. and set to searching for the missing students.
With the help of modern technology, Acheson was tracked through cellular device data to an apartment in Waco, where the accused was found with all four children, aged 5-12, unharmed.
The non-custodial parent was arrested and taken to Falls County Jail and the children were returned to the custody of their maternal grandmother, a Chilton resident.
