Memorial Day event planned

The American Legion Post #31 will participate in the Memorial Day ceremonies sponsored by Falls County Historical Commission to be held in the 3rd Floor Courtroom of the Falls County Courthouse on Monday, May 27, at 11 a.m. along with their Honor Guard. Their next meeting will be on Monday, June 3, at the Falls County Historical Museum, 145 Heritage Row in Marlin at 6 p.m. The Legion is wanting to honor active duty members of the armed forces with new banners along Live Oak Street.
