Residents asked to conserve water

From the City of Marlin on Sunday, July 16:

Our water plant staff has reported low water levels at our city's water towers. This has most likely been caused by a ruptured water main. City crews are currently working to locate the source, but your assistance is needed as well. Please promptly report any possible water leaks to the Marlin Police Department's dispatch office by calling (254) 883-9255. Until water levels are restored, we politely ask all citizens and businesses to conserve water. We appreciate your help and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
