Treatment Plant enters Membrane Water Competition

Unfortunately, if you were to ask most citizens of Marlin what their opinion of the Marlin Water Treatment Facility was, they would probably come back with a negative response. Because, if it is one thing the city of Marlin is famous for, its the poor quality of the water. On any given day, the water may come out discolored, foul smelling, or will come out tasting less than appealing to most. From this, many tend to lay blame on the Water Treatment Facility, not realizing that the problem is not actually coming from the facility, but from the pipes under the very roads we drive on and houses we reside in.
