City of Marlin Permits & Court Fees Online

The City of Marlin announced on March 23 that any and all permits should be applied for online to combat COVID-19. Go to marlintx.net and click on "Get Permit" in the left column, Permits will be available for pickup after processing and fees are handled at the Water Department Drive-thru from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Contact Jennifer Bridges at (254)883-1450 for additional questions or assistance.

The City Municipal Court is accepting payments only by mail, over the phone, or online. Call 800-444-1187 to make a payment over the phone or reply forms can be submitted by fax, (254-883-2636) email, (municipalcourtclerk@marlintx.net or p.martinez@marlintx.net) or by mailing them to 101 Fortune St in Marlin at the attention of the court.
