Fire at Kosse home

A fire broke out yesterday on Limestone County Road 662, about a mile off of Highway 14.

The home of Juan and Maria Gomez, owners of Kosse’s own Kasa Kosse tex-mex restaurant, went up in flames. 

It was noted by neighbor Wes Hardin that “small and large explosions” were heard just before the sky filled with smoke. 

Kosse Police, Kosse VFD, Bremond VFD, Thornton VFD, and Groesbeck FD were on scene. No further information was available.
