FALLS COUNTY FELONY DOCKET

On June 24, 2021, Judge Bryan F. Russ, Jr. convened court to hear felony matters presented by District Attorney Jody Gilliam.  The following felony cases were disposed of:  

1st Degree Felony (5 to 99 years or life, up to $10,000.00 fine.)

Timothy Dewayne Lewellen, 37, from Chilton, pled guilty to aggravated sexual assault of a child. He was sentenced to 25 years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice System. Lewellen was arrested on November 6, 2020, by Falls County Sheriff’s Office. 

Corey Rashad Ricks, 29, from Marlin, pled guilty to aggravated robbery. He was sentenced to 5 years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice System. Ricks was arrested on September 14, 2020, by Marlin Police Department. 

2nd Degree Felony (2 to 20 years, up to $10,000.00 fine.)

Colter Wayne Pohorelsky, 48, from Waco, pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance, Tetrahydrocannabinol, less than 200 grams. He was placed on 3 years deferred probation, assessed a $1,500.00 fine, ordered to complete 120 hours of community service., and ordered into a drug treatment program. Pohorelsky was arrested on December 22, 2020, by Lott Police Department. 

Aaron Shawn Robinson, 40, from Marlin, pled guilty to aggravated assault. He was sentenced to 10 years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice System. Robinson was arrested on January 27, 2021, by Marlin Police Department.

3rd Degree Felony (2 to 10 years, up to $10,000.00 fine.)

Steven Paul Burns who had been placed on probation for the offense of unlawful possess firearm by felon, was revoked and sentenced to 4 years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice System. 

Kathy Ann Faba, 55, from Eddy, pled guilty to driving while intoxicated 3rd or more. She was sentenced to 5 years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice System. Her sentence was suspended, and she was placed on 5 years probation, assessed a $2,500.00 fine. Faba was arrested on March 2, 2021, by Texas Department of Public Safety. 

Janet Ranee Ebarb, 41, from Marlin, pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, less than one gram, enhanced with prior conviction. She was sentenced to 7 years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice System. 

Keith Lamont Williams pled guilty to bail jumping. He was placed on 5 years deferred probation. Williams was arrested on June 6, 2021, by Falls County Sheriff’s Office. 

Keilah Richardson, 28, from Mississippi, pled guilty to bail jumping. She was sentenced to 2 years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice System. 

Timothy Dewayne Lewellen, 37, from Chilton, pled guilty injury to a child. He was sentenced to 10 years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice System. Lewellen was arrested on November 5, 2020, by Falls County Sheriff’s Office. 

State Jail Felony (6 to 24 months, up to $10,000.00 fine.)

Faraha Bradley, 33, from Marlin, pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance methamphetamine, less than one gram in two separate cases. She was placed on 3 years deferred probation, assessed a $1,500.00 fine, ordered to complete 120 hours of community service, and attend and successfully complete a drug intervention program. Bradley was arrested on November 12, 2020, by Falls County Sheriff’s Office.   

Edgar Thomas Smith, Sr., 68, from Purdon, pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance methamphetamine, less than one gram. He was placed on 5 years deferred probation, assessed a $1,500.00 fine, ordered to complete 120 hours of community service, and attend and successfully complete a drug intervention program. Smith was arrested on December 21, 2020, by Lott Police Department. 

Rebekah Ann Wilson, 43, from Oklahoma, pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance methamphetamine, less than one gram. She was placed on 3 years deferred probation, assessed a $1,500.00 fine, ordered to complete 120 hours of community service, and attend and successfully complete a drug intervention program. Wilson was arrested on September 8, 2020, by Lott Police Department. 

Mariah Serene Firestone, 44, from Marlin, pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance methamphetamine, less than one gram. She was sentenced to 16 months confinement in a State Jail Facility. Firestone was arrested on May 9, 2021, by Marlin Police Department. 

Grady Brazelton Yates, 22, from Marlin, pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, less than one gram. He was sentenced to 12 months confinement in a State Jail Facility. Yates was arrested on May 18, 2021, by Marlin Police Department. 

Felicia Lyn Ross, 32, from Euless, pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, less than one gram. She was sentenced to 12 months confinement in a State Jail Facility. Ross was arrested on May 13, 2021, by Lott Police Department. 

Jennifer Lorraine Groom, 49, from Rockport, pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, less than one gram. She was placed on 3 years deferred probation, assessed a $1,500.00 fine, 120 hours of community service. Groom was arrested on June 22, 2021, by Falls County Sheriff’s Office. 

Keith Lamont Williams pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine less than one gram. He was placed on 3 years deferred probation, assessed a $1,500.00 fine, 120 hours of community service. Williams was arrested on December 6, 2019, by Falls County Sheriff’s Office. 

Keilah Richardson, 28, from Mississippi, pled guilty to driving while intoxicated with child passenger under 15 years of age. She was sentenced to 6 months confinement in a State Jail Facility. Richardson was arrested on March 18, 2015, by Falls County Constable.  

Richard Deleon Bravo, 55, from Rosebud, pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, less than one gram. He was sentenced to 2 years confinement in a State Jail facility. His sentence was suspended and he was placed on 5 years probation, assessed a $2,000.00 fine, ordered to complete 120 hours of community service. Bravo was arrested on January 13, 2020, Lott Police Department. 

Devan Ray Harvey, 24, from Joshua, pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, less than one gram. He was placed on 3 years deferred probation, assessed a $1,500.00 fine, ordered to complete 120 hours of community service. Harvey was arrested on November 22, 2020, by Lott Police Department. 

 Tammy Brooke Raney, 42, from Cameron, pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, less than one gram. She was placed on 3 years deferred probation, assessed a $1,500.00 fine, ordered to complete 120 hours of community service. Raney was arrested on September 28, 2020, by Lott Police Department. 

Jessica Diane Muschweck, 39, from Lott, pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, less than one gram. She was placed on 3 years deferred probation, assessed a $1,500.00 fine, ordered to complete 120 hours of community service. Muschweck was arrested on April 1, 2021, by Lott Police Department. 

Jamie Lee Steele, 29, from Marlin, pled guilty to abandon/endanger a child, criminal negligence. She was placed on 3 years deferred probation, assessed a $1,000.00 fine, ordered to complete 120 hours of community service. Steele was arrested on April 23, 2019, by Falls County Sheriff’s Office.
