FALLS COUNTY MISDEMEANOR DOCKET
On March 16, 2022, Judge Jay Elliott convened Falls County Court to hear misdemeanor cases. The following cases were disposed of, others were rest.
Class A Misdemeanors
Robert Paul, Jr, 43, from Marlin, pled guilty to possession of marijuana more than two ounces but less than four ounces. He was sentenced to 120 days confinement in the Falls County Jail with credit for 100 days. He was ordered to pay court cost. Paul was arrested on March 22, 2019, by Falls County Sheriff’s Office.
Robert Paul, Jr, 43, from Marlin, pled guilty evading arrest detention. He was sentenced to 120 days confinement in the Falls County Jail with credit for 100 days. Paul was arrested on October 31, 2019, by Falls County Sheriff’s Office.
Nicholas David Narravo, 35, from Watauga, TX, pled guilty to driving while intoxicated 2nd. He was sentenced to 90 days confinement in the Falls County Jail with credit for 51 days. Narravo was arrested on March 24, 2021, by Lott Police Department.
Damion Wayne Evans, 43, from Marlin, who had been placed on probation for the offense of driving while intoxicated 2nd was revoked and sentenced to 90 days confinement in the Falls County Jail.
Marcus Dwayne Tyrone, 39, from Waco, pled guilty to evading arrest detention. He was sentenced to 100 days confinement in the Falls County Jail. His sentence was suspended and he was placed on 24 months probation, assessed a $500.00. He was ordered to complete community service hours. Tyrone was arrested on October 15, 2020, by Texas Department of Public Safety.
Ricardo Albarran, 20, from Marlin, pled guilty to assault causes bodily injury family violence. He was placed on 24 months deferred probation. Albarran was arrested on September 12, 2021, by Marlin Police Department.

Waylon Horton, 22, from Marlin, pled guilty to possession of marijuana less than two ounces. He was sentenced to 150 days confinement in the Falls County Jail with credit for 87 days. He was ordered to pay court cost. Horton was arrested on November 26, 2020, by Marlin Police Department.
Waylon Horton, 22, from Marlin, pled guilty to criminal trespass X4. He was sentenced to 150 days confinement in the Falls County Jail with credit for 47 days. Horton was arrested on January 29, 2022, by Marlin Police Department.
Renee Tanner Isbell, 25, from Washington, TX, pled guilty to driving while intoxicated. She was sentenced to 60 days confinement in the Falls County Jail with credit for 22 days. Isbell was arrested on February 23, 2022, by Marlin Police Department.
Terry Joe Barnard, 36, from Lorena, pled guilty to driving while intoxicated. He was sentenced to 45 days confinement in the Falls County Jail with credit for 51 days time served. Barnard was arrested on May 18, 2020, by Texas Department of Public Safety.
