FALLS COUNTY FELONY DOCKET
On May 24, 2022, Judge Bryan F. Russ, Jr. convened court to hear felony matters presented by District Attorney Jody Gilliam. The following felony cases were disposed of:
3rd Degree Felony (2 to 10 years, up to $10,000.00 fine.)
Antonio Henry Davis, 43, from Marlin, pled guilty to driving while intoxicated 3rd or more. He was sentenced to 10 years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice System. His sentence was suspended and he was placed on 10 years probation, assessed a $2,000.00 fine. Davis was arrested on April 25, 2021. Marlin Police Department.
Lorenzo Hernandez-Garcia, 36, from Chilton, pled guilty to injury to a child, elderly or disabled individual. He was placed on 5 years deferred probation, assessed a $2,000.00 fine. Hernandez-Garcia was ordered to complete a anger management program. Hernandez-Garcia was arrested on April 17, 2020, by Falls County Sheriff’s Office.
State Jail Felony (6 to 24 months, up to $10,000.00 fine.)
Antonio Henry Daivs, 43, from Marlin, pled guilty to possession of cocaine less than one gram. He was sentenced to 2 years confinement in a State Jail Facility. His sentence was suspended and he was placed on 5 years probation. Daivs was arrested on April 25, 2021, by Marlin Police Department.
