ANNIE MAE RANDAZZO
Annie Mae Randazzo, beloved mother, grandmother and matriarch, passed away peacefully on April 17, 2025, surrounded by her family. Rosary will be Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Gregory A.
McLaughlin officiating. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery.
Born August 22, 1933, in Highbank, Texas to the late Girolamo (Gim) Roppolo and Antonia Tusa Roppolo, and she graduated from Reagan High School in 1950.
She married Nunzio T. Randazzo September 24, 1950, her husband of 72 years. Annie and Nunzio lived their lives in Marlin Texas. Together they shared the joys of having a small community grocery store for over 50 years and were members of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Lott, Texas.
She was a proud mother of six children, Victor Randazzo and wife, Mary of Angleton, Texas; daughter, Frances Powell Hawes and husband, Greg of Houston, Texas; son, James Randazzo and wife Linda of Houston, Texas; daughter, Antonia Fulton and husband, Michael of Cameron, Texas; son, Nunzie Paul Randazzo and wife, Donna of Marlin, Texas; and son Christopher Randazzo and wife Natalie of New Braunfels, Texas. Her greatest joy was her family which continued to grow over the years having 16 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews who loved her dearly.
Annie Mae Randazzo’s legacy lives on in the meals we share, the stories we tell and the love we pass from one generation to the next.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Nunzio T. Randazzo, grandson, James McAnulty, her brother Nick Roppolo; sisters, Pauline Denena, Vancy Falco, Lena Falsone, Cora Marino, and Sarah Roppolo.
Serving as Pallbearers are Grandsons; Jonathan McAnulty, Michael McAnulty, William Powell, Evan Randazzo, Matthew Randazzo, Nathan Randazzo, Nicholas Randazzo, and Ryan Randazzo.
