Lady Bulldogs prep for post season

The Marlin Lady Bulldogs volleyball team hosted the Chilton Lady Pirates on Tuesday, Oct. 22.
Marlin defeated Chilton, winning 3-2. Marlin lost the first set 25-14, won the second set 26-24, won the third set 25-21, lost the fourth set 25-21, and won the fourth set 15-8.
The Lady Bulldogs traveled for a matchup with the Riesel Lady Indians on Friday, Oct. 25.
Marlin was swept by Riesel 3-0, losing the first set 25-20, the second set 25-16, and the third set 25-12.
With this loss, Marlin has a district record of 2-5. After playing the Rosebud-Lott Lady Cougars at home on Tuesday for their regular season finale, the Lady Bulldogs will prepare for the postseason. Their bi-district game will be announced as soon as possible.
